The peculiar visiting card of agency “Model’s D-vision” is the Public Regional Youth Festival “Mini Miss Donbas”. It started from the 1999.
Since 2004 the regional directorate of this Festival has became Model Management “Model’s D-Vision” and web browser “The Prospect of Development of Talents in Ukraine”. The owner of the TM “Mini Miss Donbas” is the General Producer of the “Model’s D-vision” model management – Julia Velkevich.
At present this is the most prestigious and promising youth project on the territory of Eastern Ukraine.
It successfully combines the elements of beauty contest and festival of talents.
The creation of conditions for revelation talents and their realization, uncovering of the personality and creative ability of child is the main task of “Mini Miss Donbas” contest. This festival successfully popularizes Donbas region itself and introduces children to the national and world culture.
The regional festival “Mini Miss Donbas” is kept within the frame of two popular projects – National Festival “Mini Miss Ukraine” and “Mini Miss World”.
According to the standard of these two contests, the competitors are welcome to show their energy, spontaneity, their sense of humor, quick-wittedness, charm, and without doubt is the children’s talent.
Girls must have the diplomatic features of character.
The age of competitors is from 5 to 13. But there are also known the unique “exceptions” from the rules, for example, the charming 4 year-old Olga Gavrasienko from Nikolaev city, the competitor of “Mini Miss Ukraine 2007” which was organized in Donetsk.
This project is carried out with the patronage of mayor of Donetsk. A. Lukjanchenko, and also the Committee of Family and Youth of Donetsk Regional Administration.
This present project has also the charitable basis.
We are especially pleased by the fact that in 2005, after taking part in the contest the inmate of a Children’s Home №1 Anastasia Novoseltseva was adopted.
The orphan from Konstantinovka city Anastasia Mitkina (13 years old) gained the prize “1st Mini Miss Donbass” in 2008. Anastatsia also received the invitation to the festival “Mini Miss of the Slavs” (which would be held in Turkey) and got the presents from organizers and partners of Festival.

There is a press conference and accreditation of leading mass media of region, before the Festival takes place.
At the phase of post-promotion the television version of the festival is also created.
